Description
The Acquisition Management and Integration Center (AMIC) is seeking Korean sources capable of providing Human Performance Optimization (HPO) services for Osan Air Base and Camp Humphreys, South Korea. This service will include three specialties with separate licensing requirements. The licensing requirements for each position are listed below.
All Personnel:
All contractor personnel must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
All personnel must be able to comply with U.S. Department of Defense policies for installation access.
All personnel must be able to comply with U.S. Department of Defense policies for network access.
All personnel must be able to comply with DFARS 224.103 and DoDD 5400.11, Department of Defense Privacy Program, and DoD 5400.11-R for the safeguardig of personally identifyable information (PII).
Physical Therapist:
Contractors will have at a minimum, a valid state license to practice from any US state.
All healthcare providers must demonstrate recency in primary clinical specialty within the last 2 years.
Healthcare workers under this contract have access to and/or process information requiring protection under the privacy act of 1974, these positions are considered "ADP III" positions. Compliance with DoD Directive 8500.1, DoD Directive 5200.2, AFMAN 16-1405 and AFI 33-202 is mandatory for ADP III positions.
5+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist in collegiate (or higher), professional, or tactical athletics; aerospace industry, test pilot/astronaut or similar man-machine high-performance environment.
Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) accredited program.
Current certification in basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), including Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Training.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker:
Contractors will have at a minimum, a valid state license to practice from any US state.
All healthcare providers must demonstrate recency in primary clinical specialty within the last 2 years.
Healthcare workers under this contract have access to and/or process information requiring protection under the privacy act of 1974, these positions are considered "ADP III" positions. Compliance with DoD Directive 8500.1, DoD Directive 5200.2, AFMAN 16-1405 and AFI 33-202 is mandatory for ADP III positions.
5+ years of experience as a LCSW in behavioral health, mental health, and/or substance abuse.
Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) or equivalent (MSSW, MSSA) degree from a graduate program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
Current certification in basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), including Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Training.
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Level 2:
5+ years of full-time experience as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist in collegiate (or higher), professional, or tactical athletics; aerospace industry, test pilot/astronaut or similar man-machine high-performance environment.
Master’s degree or higher in Human Performance, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field.
National Strength and Conditioning (NSCA) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) or Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCCa) and Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC).
Current certification in basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), including Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Training.
