THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR INVITATION FOR BID. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT RESPOND TO INQUIRIES RESULTING FROM THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE.
The 411th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB) is seeking contractors with the capability to deliver construction materials and maintenance supplies to USAG Humphreys and Area III located in the Republic of Korea. A complete material list for the bid will be provided when the solicitation is issued.
The 411th CSB intends to award three (3) multi-year Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) without options for construction materials and maintenance supplies resulting from the upcoming solicitation.
Sources to be solicited: The Government intends to solicit this opportunity as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). Agreements will be established with only local sources with a current and valid business license issued by the Republic of Korea Government. Delivery of materials/supplies shall be made:
a. Within 5 working days after a call order is issued for locally sourced items unless otherwise specified by the Contracting Officer or Ordering Officer
b. Within 45 working days after a call order is issued for offshore items in the CONUS marketplace unless otherwise specified by the Contracting Officer or Ordering Officer
Anticipated Solicitation Posting Date: March/April 2025
Anticipated Proposal Due Date: April/May 2025
The solicitation and any attachments to the anticipated solicitation will be issued through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module and a solicitation notice will automatically be generated to SAM.gov. Bidders will be required to follow the instructions on submitting their bids through the PIEE Solicitation Module. Full details regarding the use of the PIEE Solicitation Module will be provided with the solicitation. Hard copy documents will NOT be supplied by the Government to any interested parties as a result of this pre-solicitation notice or the upcoming solicitation.
In order for interested contractors to conduct business with the Federal Government, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Contractors can access SAM free of charge at www.sam.gov.
