Description
The United States Department of State (DOS) has a requirement for a qualified Contractor to provide local guard services at the U.S. Mission South Korea. The Mission requires a secure environment to conduct its mission. The Contractor shall provide the organizational structure, management, and qualified staff at levels to meet or exceed the requirement contained in this PWS.
For Restricted Access, if you have not already provided a copy following the pre-solicitation notice, please return a completed Restricted Access Form to the Contracting Officer, Kenneth P. Bailey at BaileyKP@state.gov.
Any questions, comments, exceptions, or clarifications concerning any aspect of the solicitation shall be prepared in writing and submitted to Contracting Officer Kenneth P. Bailey via email at BaileyKP@state.gov no later than 1000 Eastern Standard Time February 13, 2025. Questions MUST be submitted via Microsoft Excel utilizing the "Q&A Template" MS Excel file provided with the solicitation package.
Amendments:
- Amendment A001: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal due date and time to Thursday, April 10, 2025 at 11:59PM ET.
-Amendment A002- The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Provide response to the Vendor Questions and clarifications (See Attached); 2. Incorporate H-048 (Certification regarding compliance with applicable U.S. Federal anti-discrimination law. Effective date 03/17/2025); 3. Update, revise and replace Section L and Section M in its entirety; 4. Update Section B.7.3, C.8.8, and Section H.20.6;
5. Provide an updated Exhibit S and incorporate an Exhibit U entitled Current Employee Compensation; and 6. Extend the proposal due date to April 24, 2025 and update Section L.4.
