Request for Information: All terrain Vehicle (ATV) support in Ipoh Malaysia in July. This RFI seeks information from qualified vendors capable of providing All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) rental services in Ipoh, Malaysia. The anticipated period of performance is July 2025. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation.Description of Services: The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation to perform ATV rental services in Ipoh, Malaysia. Services shall include, but are not limited to: ATV Rental and all fuel necessary: Provision of a variety of ATV models suitable for different skill levels and terrains. Safety Equipment: Provision of helmets, goggles, gloves, and other necessary safety equipment for all riders. Insurance: Proof of adequate liability insurance coverage. Maintenance: Regular maintenance and repair of all ATVs to ensure safe operation. Information Requested:Interested vendors are requested to provide the following information:Company Information: Company name, address, point of contact, website, and DUNS number.Experience: Description of relevant experience providing ATV rental services, including experience in Ipoh or similar locationsDelivery capability: Ability to deliver ATVs and amount of ATVs for use.Fleet Description: List of available ATV models, including engine size, passenger capacity, and any special features.Safety Procedures: Detailed description of safety procedures and protocols for ATV rentals.Insurance Coverage: Proof of current liability insurance coverage and limits.Pricing: Proposed pricing structure for ATV rentals, including daily, multi-day, and group rates.Additional Services: Information on any additional services offered, such as guided tours, transportation, or catering.Submission Instructions:Interested vendors shall submit their responses electronically to matthew.r.grider.mil@army.mil and Kwonethia.l.watkins.mil@army.mil no later than April 30th, 2025.Disclaimer:This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes ? it does not constitute a solicitation for proposals and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract.
