responds whether or not
they:
(1) have current active
federal awards with total
value greater than
$10,000,000; and
(2) have,
within the last five years,
been the subject of a
criminal, civil, and/or
administrative proceeding at
the federal or state level in connection with a federal
award that resulted in a
conviction or finding of fault
or liability.
